Supporting the conversation on international politics in the Pacific

We worked with the New Zealand Institute of International Affairs, Whare Tawāhi-a-mahi i Aotearoa on the launch of their recent report International Politics in the Pacific: Navigating Geostrategic Competition by Dr. Guy Fiti Sinclair.

This important report examines how global politics affect the Pacific and how Aotearoa New Zealand, Pacific nations and regional bodies can respond to serve the region’s best interests.

At Comms Co-op Aotearoa, we pitched in with editing, design, media, and social media support to help share these vital insights, including an opinion piece published in Newsroom. We also managed social media and media at the launch event in November.

As is often the way on our projects, everyone contributed their specialist skills:

  • Catherine Jeffcoat – leading the way with client coordination
  • Milica Milenković – crafting thoughtful social content, including the carousel below.
  • Penny St John – guiding media and comms strategy
  • Zac Guja – fresh and crisp design.

Our collaborative approach keeps things simple – one lead works directly with the client, while the rest of the team supports from behind the scenes, connecting with the client when needed.

We take pride in being adaptable, learning new topics as we go, and delivering clear, useful content.
